SB 981 - Under this act, Missouri cities imposing an earnings tax must provide a tax credit to Missouri residents against the earnings tax for any income tax paid in another state. In the event the earnings tax is invalidated, the city imposing that tax is not liable to refund the taxpayers for previously collected taxes. DOMENIC SITA
