SB 950 - This act requires employers with at least 250 employees to submit Missouri income tax returns to their employees electronically by January 31 starting in January 2018. If an employer is granted a waiver of the federal requirement to file electronically by the IRS, the employer may file that waiver with the Department of Revenue and the Missouri requirement will also be waived.
