SB 894 - This act specifies that a private nuisance action cannot be brought if the owner of the property, subject of the action, is in good faith compliance with any order or permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the United States Army Corps of Engineers, or the Office of the Attorney General.
