SB 858 - Under this act, the Department of Natural Resources shall submit a 2-year extension for submitting a final state plan to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under the Clean Power Plan. The Department of Natural Resources is also required to submit certain items to the Environmental Protection Agency as set forth in this act, but shall not submit any information that is not specified in this act.
