HB 1754 Prohibits binding agreements preventing the display political signs that run with the land

HB 1754 - This act provides that no deed restriction, covenant, or similar binding agreement running with the land shall prohibit the display of political signs. A homeowners' association has the authority to adopt reasonable rules regarding the time, size, place, number, and manner of display of political signs. A homeowners' association may also remove a political sign under certain conditions, but is prohibited from removing a political sign from the property of a homeowner unless the association has given the homeowner three days notice.

This act is identical to HB 462 (2015).
