HB 1951 - This act prohibits a covenant, restriction, or condition contained in a deed, contract, or other legal instrument that affects the use, sale, or any other interest in real property that precludes or restricts amateur service communications without reasonable accommodations or if the restriction does not constitute the minimum practicable restriction. Amateur service is defined as a radio communication service for the purpose of self-training, carried out by an amateur without pecuniary interest.
