SCS/HB 1786 - This act prohibits any person or business entity with a liquor license and their employees and agents from selling, offering, or serving any form of powdered alcohol.

Powdered alcohol is defined under this act.

This act contains a provision similar to a provision of SB 797 (2016) and HB 1629 (2016).
