HCS/HB 1776 - This act reduces the required time period before a member of an organization can participate in operation of a bingo game from 2 years to 6 months. This act removes a provision currently in effect authorizing organizations to expend up to 10% of bingo receipts for advertising.
The provisions of this act are contingent on the passage of a constitutional amendment.
This act is similar to HB 1532 (2016), HCS/HB 1318 (2015), & HB 1317 (2015).
