HCS/HB 1449 - This act adds stationary vehicles operated by a utility worker displaying lighted amber or amber and white lights, or any other stationary motor vehicle on the side of the roadway, to the list of stationary vehicles for which motor vehicle drivers must slow down or changes lanes upon approach. This act is identical to SB 1071 (2016), and is similar to SS/HB 1733 (2016). KAYLA HAHN
