HCR 69 - This concurrent resolution finds that the Environmental Protection Agency's Clean Power Plan interferes with the sovereign powers of the states to regulate electricity within their borders and to ensure a reliable and affordable supply of electricity for their citizens. This concurrent resolution also urges the Attorney General to take necessary legal actions against the Clean Power Plan to prevent unlawful obligations from being imposed on the states. Further, at the resolution of all legal actions regarding the Clean Power Plan, this concurrent resolution encourages the Governor to take certain steps as set forth in this resolution.
