SCS/HCS/HB 1729 - This act prohibits political subdivisions from adopting or enforcing ordinances, rules, or regulations relating to the labeling, cultivation, or use of seed, fertilizers, or soil conditioners. This act shall not apply to any ordinance enacted prior to January 1, 2016. This act is similar to SB 769 (2016), and a provision contained in HCS/SCS/SB 703 (2016). KAYLA HAHN
