HB 2181 Establishes the State Capitol Complex Commission

HB 2181 - This act creates the State Capitol Complex Commission which shall consist of the Governor, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, or their designees. The commission will have general supervision and charge of the State Capitol building, State Capitol parking garages, and any other current or future state owned or leased buildings adjacent to the State Capitol building that house any offices of the General Assembly or its staff.

This act is identical to HCS/HB 1063 (2015).
