HB 1575 - This act requires financial interest statements which contain any lodging and travel expenses paid by a third-party and are required to be reported under current law to be filed within 30 days of receipt of the funds or within 30 days of the trip for which funds were given, whichever occurs first. Any person who files a statement late under this provision shall be assessed a late fee of $10 per day for each day the report is late.
