Current Bill Summary

SB 792 - Currently, a products liability order of dismissal shall not divest a court of venue or jurisdiction. Further, a defendant dismissed in a products liability claim shall remain a party to such action. This act repeals these provisions.

This act is identical to a provision contained in SB 793 (2016) and SB 487 (2015).
