SCS/SB 190 - Currently, the Kansas City transportation sales tax will expire on December 31, 2015. This act extends the tax indefinitely. This act is identical to HB 739 (2015) and HB 1082 (2015). This act is identical to a provision in HCS/HB 1154 (2015), HCS/SCS/SB 245 (2015), and HCS/SB 364 (2015). This act is similar to SB 940 (2014) and HB 2067 (2014). MIKE HAMMANN
