SB 508 - This act creates the Office of Administration Energy Conservation Fund consisting of 15% of the annual cost of saved energy calculated as set forth in this act. If there is no total cost of saved energy during a year, there shall be no requirement to deposit moneys into the fund. The fund shall be used solely for energy conservation, energy efficiency, and cost-effective cogeneration purposes. This act is identical to HB 203 (2015). KAYLA CRIDER
