HB 524 - This act allows the Director of the Department of Revenue to authorize a lienholder to electronically release a lien when the lien was electronically filed with the department. The act requires the department to electronically confirm the receipt of the release. This act is nearly identical to SB 291 (2015). MICHELA BIRK
