SB 103 - Currently, certain information pertaining to a licensee or applicant under the Division of Professional Registration is treated as confidential and only disclosed with the person's consent, pursuant to litigation or other lawful requests. This act allows the disclosure of applicant or licensee information when the information is requested by members of the General Assembly or their employees. This act is identical to provisions contained in SB 95 (2015) and similar to provisions contained in SB 645 (2014). JESSI BAKER
