SCS/SB 520 - Currently, the fee for the inspection of certain motor fuels shall not be less than 1.5 cents per barrel and shall not exceed 2.5 cents per barrel. Under this act, the per barrel fee shall not exceed 4 cents from 2016 to 2020, and shall not exceed 5 cents from 2021 and thereafter. This provision is identical to HCS/SB 500 (2015), and is substantially similar to HCS/SCS/SB 131 (2015) and SCS/HCS/HB 882 (2015). KAYLA CRIDER
