SB 371 - Currently, the economic subsidies that are available to Missouri qualified fuel ethanol producers will expire on December 31, 2015. This act repeals this expiration date, and allows the expiration date for such subsidies to revert to December 31, 2019. This provision is identical to SCS/HCS/HB 882 (2015), and is similar to the perfected HB 854 (2015), HCS/SCS/SB 131 (2015), and HCS/SB 500 (2015). KAYLA CRIDER
