SB 74 - This act establishes the Capital Green Program to provide funding for energy efficiency improvements including geothermal, wind, and solar energy resources to certain state buildings. The provisions of this act will sunset six years after the effective date. This act is identical to SB 602 (2014), SB 299 (2013), and HB 1302 (2012). KAYLA CRIDER
