HCS/HBs 116 & 569 - This act bars employers from requiring employees, as a condition or continuation of employment, to become or refrain from becoming a member of a labor organization, pay dues or other charges to a labor organization, or pay to any charity or third party an equivalent amount in lieu of dues or fees, or other charges required of a labor organization. Any agreement between a labor organization and employer providing to the contrary is unlawful and null and void, with no legal effect. SCOTT SVAGERA
