SB 432 - This act requires health carriers and health benefit plans to release the individual health benefit plan rates and designs no later than forty-five days prior to the beginning of the annual enrollment period in accordance with federal law. This act does not give the Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions and Professional Registration approval authority over any health benefit rates or plans.
