SB 375 - The Property Assessment Clean Energy Act provides up-front financing to a property owner for energy efficiency projects. Property owners repay the financing through a special assessment on their benefitted property. This act add certain projects which are designed to provide an economic benefit for sewer or water operations to the types of projects eligible for the program. This act is similar to HB 600 (2015).
