SB 347 - Currently, the Omnibus State Reorganization Act of 1974 is attached to the Missouri Revised Statutes as Appendix B. This act codifies the Omnibus State Reorganization Act in the Missouri Revised Statutes. Under the Omnibus State Reorganization Act, the director of each executive department has the discretion to designate a deputy director of the department to act for the director during the director's absence. This act requires every department director to designate a deputy director. JIM ERTLE
