SR 200 - This resolution urges the Governor to not issue bonds without approval of the General Assembly or the voters under an interpretation of Section 67.657, RSMo. The resolution also states that the Missouri Senate will not automatically concur with an appropriation to service bonds issued without approval of the General Assembly for construction of a new stadium in St. Louis.
