SB 176 - This act makes grammatical changes to a provision of law dealing with municipal courts to align with revisions made to the Criminal Code during the 2014 legislative session. For instance, the word "crime" was replaced with "offense" and the phrase "found guilty" replaces references to pleas and convictions. This act is identical to HB 1174 (2015). MEGHAN LUECKE
