HCS/HB 1063 - This act creates the State Capitol Complex Commission. The Commission shall consist of the Governor, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate. The Commission shall have general supervision and charge of the State Capitol building and other state-owned or leased buildings that are adjacent or in the vicinity of the State Capitol, including any building that houses members or staff of the General Assembly.
