HB 108 - This act provides that all actions against mental health professionals for damages for malpractice or negligence related to health care shall be brought within two years from the date of occurrence of the act, with exceptions as provided in the act.

This act is identical to provisions in SCS/HCS/HB 807 (2015) and HCS/SCS/SB 340 (2015).
