HCR 12 - This House Concurrent Resolution calls on the Attorney General to file an independent lawsuit or join the current legal action pending challenging the validity of the unilateral orders of the President of the United States and their implementation by the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.

This resolution is similar to SCR 22 (2015).
