HB 583 Allows a tenant to enter the rental property following eviction with the landlord's permission in certain situations

HCS/HB 583 - This act provides that when a tenant is required to vacate the premises because of use of the property for illegal purposes then the tenant shall obtain written permission from the landlord to enter the premises at any time in the future. If the tenant receives the written permission then the tenant shall not remain on the premises for more than seventy-two hours.

The act also states that following an order by the court for immediate eviction the person may be permitted to enter the property in the future for a period of time not to exceed seventy-two hours if such person obtains a written permission from the landlord.
