HCS/HB 665 - This act requires the Department of Health and Senior Services to provide coverage, subject to appropriations, of amino acid-based elemental formulas for qualified applicants with a medical diagnosis of specified allergies, syndromes, or disorders. Qualified applicants may be required to pay a fee or monthly premium depending on the applicant's age and family income, as specified in the act. This act is similar to HCS/SCS/SB 354 (2015) and provisions in SS/SCS/HB 556 (2015), SCS/HB 556 (2015), and SCS/HCS/HB 976 (2015). SARAH HASKINS
