HB 1087 - Current law provides that subject to appropriations the State Treasurer shall credit the account of each participant in the State of Missouri Deferred Compensation Plan an amount not to exceed seventy-five dollars per month. This act states that the Treasurer shall credit an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars per month. This act is identical to provisions contained in HB 691 (2015).
