SB 564 - This act allows a court to decrease or increase the size of a jury's award in an action against a health care provider for medical malpractice resulting in wrongful death or personal injury if the court finds that the jury's verdict is either excessive or inadequate.

This act is identical to HB 1274 (2015) and SB 972 (2014).
