SB 517 - This act provides that charter school sponsors are responsible for all expenditures associated with the closure of a charter school they sponsor. This act is similar to a provision contained in CCS/HCS/SCS/SBs 493, 485, 495, 516, 534, 545, 595, 616 & 624 (2014) and is identical to SB 171 (2013). MICHAEL RUFF
