SB 920 - This act allows the Department of Agriculture's Weights, Measures and Consumer Protection Division to inspect certain additional devices used for fueling vehicles. This act also allows the Division to charge a fee for such inspections. This act is substantially similar to HCS/HB 1640 (2014), HB 2121 (2014), and SCS/HCS/HB 2141 (2014). KAYLA CRIDER
