SCR 41 -This concurrent resolution designates November 2014 as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Awareness month and encourages the Department of Health and Senior Services to include COPD as a chronic health condition in its current efforts to educate the public about the effects of smoking.
