SB 693 - This act exempts from sales tax the titling of motor vehicles which have a model year of at least ten years prior to the year in which the motor vehicle is being titled. This exemption does not apply to motor vehicles with a sales price of more than $15,000. This act is similar to HB 1387 (2014). MIKE HAMMANN
