SB 960 - This act provides that Marion County may, upon voter approval, collect a licensing fee from lodging establishments located in the county. The moneys collected from the fee shall be paid to the local public health agency who conducts the lodging establishment inspections, and the fee shall not exceed the amount necessary to reimburse the health agency for such inspection.
