SJR 50 – Upon voter approval, the proposed constitutional amendment would require the joint election of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor beginning in the year 2016. This act is identical to SJR 4 (2013), SJR 30 (2012) and similar to SJR 23 (2002). JIM ERTLE
