SB 919 - Under current law, if the Human Rights Commission has not completed administrative processing relating to a complaint alleging discrimination in employment, public accommodations, or any discrimination by the state or political subdivision under the act within 180 days, the Commission is required to issue a letter describing the claimant's right to bring a civil action within 90 days. This act decreases the time required to trigger the notice from 180 to 120 days.
