SB 882 - This act allows Camden County to prosecute and punish violations of its county orders in either the circuit court or a county municipal court if one is created. If Camden County creates a county municipal court then the first judges are to be appointed by the county commission for a term of four years and subsequent judges shall be elected for four year terms.
