SB 797 - This act prohibits law enforcement agencies and employees of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration from establishing voluntary roadside checkpoints for the collection of breath, blood, or saliva samples. Sobriety checkpoints are exempted from this prohibition. MICHELA BIRK
