SCS/SB 630 - This act authorizes a candidate's representative to draw numbers for the purpose of establishing the order of the candidate's name on the ballot for candidates who file a declaration of candidacy by mail because of a physical disability or active duty in the armed forces. This act contains an emergency clause. This act is similar to SB 580 (2014), HB 1125 (2014). CHRIS HOGERTY
