SJR 28 - Upon approval by the qualified voters of this state, this constitutional amendment creates the right to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife. No law, rule, or regulation shall unreasonably restrict hunting, fishing, or harvesting wildlife, but shall only have the purpose of wildlife conservation and management. Public hunting and fishing shall remain the preferred way of managing wildlife. This joint resolution is identical to HJR 27 (2013). KAYLA CRIDER
