SB 561 - This act provides that a person who manufactures fireworks for the sole purpose of personal use may obtain a permit from the state fire marshal. A hobby manufacturer will be charged a fee of $100 per year in order to obtain a permit, and is not allowed to sell or distribute any type of fireworks to another person. MEGHAN LUECKE
