SB 504 - This act provides that state agencies must make proposed rules available to the public by providing a web page which contains a summary, full text of the rule, and a fiscal note for each proposed rule, as well as a link to the Missouri Register. This information must be made available on the website the same day that the proposed rule is published in the Missouri Register. JESSICA BAKER
