SCS/HB 1305 - This act provides that an engineer, conductor, brakeman, or any other member of the crew of a locomotive or train being operated upon rails, including operation on a railroad crossing over a public street, road or highway, shall not be required to display a driver's license to any law enforcement officer in connection with the operation of a locomotive or train within this state. This act also repeals provisions relating to procedures for utility crossings through railroad right-of-ways.

This act has provisions similar to SB 326 (2013) and SB 810 (2014).
