HB 1804 - The Joint Committee on Missouri's Energy Future expired December 31, 2009. Beginning January 1, 2015, the Joint Committee shall begin examining Missouri's present and future energy needs for the next 50 years. The Joint Committee shall prepare a report for submission to the General Assembly by December 31, 2015, and by December 31 in each odd-numbered year thereafter. This act is similar to SCR 35 (2014).
