HB 1442 - This act designates every December fourth as "Alpha Phi Alpha Day" in the state of Missouri. Citizens are encouraged to observe the day with appropriate activities to commemorate the founding of the first black intercollegiate Greek-letter fraternity established for African Americans.

This act is identical to HB 632 (2013).
